Sadaqah repels difficulties
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings upon him) taught us:
Treat your sick ones with Sadaqah. Sadaqah repels all illnesses and calamities. (Bayaqi)
When you give your Sadaqah through the Zia Ul Ummah Foundation, you’re helping to ease the difficulties for impoverished families who rely on your support to survive.
What is Sadaqah?
Sadaqah refers to a voluntary act of charity or kindness to please Allah most high towards a person, animal, plant or any of Allah’s creation. Even a smile is charity but a higher form of Sadaqah is spending your wealth it the poor, widows and orphans for food, shelter and clothing. As well as building wells, sponsoring students, and supporting hospitals.

What is Sadaqah Jariyah?
Jariyah means continuous and refers to an act of charity which continues to benefit people for the long term. As a result, the donor still reaps the immense rewards of this charitable act together with Allah’s most high pleasure long after we have left this temporary abode insha’Allah.
Make a Sadaqah sacrifice
A sadaqah sacrifice is a voluntary sacrifice performed for the sake of Allah either on one’s own behalf or someone else’s.
